For train stations nearby, Heath High Level Train Station and Cathays Train Station are two options to choose from. From Heath High Level Train Station, take Line 53 bus and alight at Llanedeyrn, Queenwood. The training venue from there is only a 5-minute walk of about 450 metres. 

If you are coming from Cathays Train Station, walk to Roath, Lowther Road Bus Station and ride bus number 57 towards Asda, Heol Pontprennau, Pontprennau. You need to get off at Llanedeyrn Road and walk for four minutes to the venue, which is only about 500 metres away.

Although the hotel serves food, you may want to try other local restaurants in the area. Only a handful of restaurants are near the training venue. For a good cup of coffee and some muffins, try Cariad Community Cafe, only 14 minutes away on foot. Beside this cafe is Maelfa Fish Bar for some takeaway fish and chips. 

For other food choices, venture to the city centre where you can find international cuisines, from Italian to British and Mediterranean. You will also find vegan and vegetarian restaurants for hearty meals such as Anna Loka (vegan) and Eartha - Plant Shop, Café & Eatery (vegetarian).
