Getting Licensed is easier than you think

B: It may help to reduce potential conflict

C: It helps customers to plan their evening

D: It allows customers to be aware of the latest promotions and offers

The answer is B. If customers are left to wait a long time, they may become irritated and frustrated, which could lead to aggressive behaviour. If customers are told that the wait time is twenty minutes, they can choose whether they want to queue and won’t get agitated as they wait their turn.
