Terms & Conditions (Reseller Program)

Resellers must adhere to the following

No Refund Policy: All bookings made through the reseller program are strictly non-refundable.

Candidate Management: Get Licensed provides customer and technical support to candidates. However, resellers are fully responsible for managing their bookings. If a candidate fails to meet requirements before, during, or after the course, Get Licensed holds no liability.

Content Protection: Resellers are prohibited for copying, modifying, or reproducing any of the course content to create your own training materials.

Representation: Resellers should refer to themselves as "Get Licensed Resellers" and should refrain from stating or implying that they are currently associated with or impersonating someone employed at GL.

Promotion: Do not use misleading or false statements in promotional efforts. False representation, and false advertising such as "Get rich quick with Get Licensed", are strictly prohibited.

Ads: Resellers should not purchase ads that compete with "Get Licensed" advertising, especially targeting branded keywords. If running ads, direct the ad to your own site and not directly to the "Get Licensed" website.

Get Licensed reserves the right to terminate a reseller’s participation in the program for any breach of these terms, unlawful activity, or if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where multiple sign-ups come from the same IP address or region.

Get Licensed shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising from this agreement or the program.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK Law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK.

Get Licensed may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Resellers will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of those changes.

Any information relating to Get Licensed, its services, customers, business, or resellers obtained by the resellers in connection with this program is confidential. Unauthorised disclosure or misuse of this confidential information is strictly prohibited, including any data collected under GDPR compliance.

Violation of this confidentiality clause will result in:

• Immediate termination of the reseller’s participation in the program.
• Potential legal actions seeking damages, injunctions, or both, against the reseller for breach of contract and unauthorised use or disclosure of confidential information.

Resellers must obtain the company's prior written consent before disclosing any confidential information.

The Reseller agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Get Licensed, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, fees, and expenses related to or arising out of the Reseller’s actions, conduct, or promotion efforts under this Agreement. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

In the event of any disputes, disagreements, or claims arising from or related to the Reseller Program, both Get Licensed and the reseller agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue. If the parties cannot reach a mutual agreement, they then agree to proceed to mediation.

Neither party shall be entitled to initiate or participate in court litigation regarding any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising from or related to the Reseller Program until they have exhausted the mechanisms set out in this clause.
