Project Management
This course covers the basic principles of project management and covers some of the tools and techniques you can employ to improve your project management skills.
Course aim
Aim of this course is to train employees to manage a project correctly and ensures that there’s a sound business reason for undertaking the project, that it’s clear who’s involved in delivering the project, what the expected outcomes are and how resources and risks will be managed throughout the project.

Be able to identifying Needs, Project Aims and Objectives
Be able to initiate a project plan, manage both stakeholders and relationships and organize their team
Be able to develop a project charter, and build a business case for the project.
